Google mini and Display

Hi ,    i cant get my mini and display to connect to the home it tells me it cant be found on the display its says connected but its also says turn off the AP isolation.   , i have done factory reset don't work both of then have been on a bt 4g mini hub  all other minis that have not been on the 4g hub work first time ,can anyone help

Thanks for posting. Let's see what's going on why you can't connect your devices to your network.

Is this your first time connecting your Google Home Mini and Google Nest Hub to your network? Were there any recent changes or updates on your connection? Have you tried rebooting your devices and router to refresh the connection? 

If you have access to your router settings, try checking if AP isolation is disabled and UPnP is enabled. Use a mobile hotspot to set up your devices to isolate the issue.
