Sorry to hear about this. Can you please tell us what is the exact prompt or message you're getting every time you use the Google Home Mini? Also, are there any changes made on your network before this happened?
Lastly, can you please list down all the Google Home/Nest speakers that are connected on the same Wi-Fi network so we can isolate further?
