Hello !
Since I received my Google Nest Audio, 2 days ago, I haven't been able to make it work . . . I have scavenged the net but, haven't been able to find an answer to my problem. The Google Nest Audio does not light up, no LED (just as it was dead) at all, when plugged a white noise in the speaker which means receives power (receive with no dents on the package ans perfecty sealed and with the plastic layer). Does not appear in Google home or in WiFi access point and neither in the Bluetooth access point too. I received it from an ODR from Samsung for buying a A52s 5g. It also doesn't respond to the "Hey google" or "OK Google", and yes the physical microphone button is open so the speaker can receive my voice. I've tried to disconnected the power supply and cable for 10s, 30sec, 1 min or 3 min. Tried with my a52s my a8 or a xiomi note 9 (I think it is the model). And I am not able to reinitialise the factory settings 'cause I cannot access them.

I am sorry to hear that the device is not working. From what it sounds like, is you may have a defective device. I understand that this is not the most ideal answer, but I would recommend reaching out to the place you obtained the device. They may have a warranty through them that you can swap the device for a new one with. Please let me know if you have any other questions from here as well.
