Google nest audio stuck on two dots. Can't reset

As the heading says, my nest audio is stuck on two white dots. No amount of unplugging, waiting unplugging, turning the speaker off and holding for 10 seconds, will fix the problem. I have tried in different plug ins, on different days from different phones.. what now?
