Impossible sortie de la boucle de mise en route sur l'ecran

J'ai fait une reinitialisation usine du google nest max.

Je le configure a travers google home

J'arrive au bout de la mise en route mais mon ecran nest reste bloque sur vous avez presque termine

Je l'ai fait plusieur fois tjs le meme souci

Que faire

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you can't finish the setup on your Nest Hub Max. No worries, help's here! Let's try these troubleshooting steps that might help to fix it:

1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Hold down the volume buttons and plug in the power cord at the same time. 
3. Wait for the device to turn on.
4. Release the volume buttons.
5. Once the device is in recovery mode, press and hold both volume buttons for 10 seconds.
