Hi, mi device doesn't work. It seems to be off and is doesn't turn on when i plugged in. I try basics like plugging into another outlet, leaving it unplugged some time.. but nothing.
What else can i do before throwing it away?
By the way i haven't change the original power adapter. Just went off with no reason.

You could try removing the device from your account in the Google Home app and doing a factory reset:

And then reinstalling the device.

Thanks for your attention and sorry for my delay in getting back to you. Here are my comments:
which Nest speakers are we working with? Nest Audio
When did your issue begin? A couple weeks ago, from one day to another, no particular reason.
Do you have another Nest speaker with which you can use its power adapter? No, but the power adapter seems to be working ok, I used an electric tester and it shows 24Volts as specified on the label.
Are you connected to a surge protector? No, the power outlet works ok.
When and where did you buy your Nest device? Mid Last year at a local tech shop, Santiago Chile.
I have tried your advise of unplugging but no LED lights appears on the speaker (does not have display) neither make any sounds and on google home app appears "unavailable"
I would appreciate any help before throwing it away...

Hi, thanks for your answer. I can´t perform a factory reset because the speaker does not work at all. Power adapter is ok. Just stopped working from one day to another with no particular reason nor simptom or visible damage.

Thanks for providing all that information. We normally check the eligibility of the device for a warranty replacement for this issue; however, Chile is yet to be supported for a Google Nest Audio purchase. You can refer to the article about Devices & services country availability for further information.
We suggest you contact the local tech stop where you purchased the device to get its warranty.

Sadly, to get the warranty from the supplier they asked for the receipt wish I do not longer have. So I guess the option is throwing it away and do not recommend your products and tell everyone i can that do not use your nest products... and try with Alexa i supposed. thanks
