Hi. So my Nest hub 2 gen won't show the full album in slideshow mode. I've set the curation on live only but it doesn't help. And when I choose the album in Google home app, it's not the whole album for some reason. Any clues?

So my google shows me better photo installed form google but i want only have my photo's

and i see when i change the time for the slide show he won't show installed photo's.

So i called the Customer service and they don't know how to solve this problem. Please help me.

Hi ErikStakenborg,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing right now with your Google Nest display. Depending on the album, Google Photos may curate the photos that it selects for your slideshow:

  • Live Albums and Recent highlights: Google Photos tries to select the best photos from these albums.
  • Your private and shared albums: Google Photos tries to remove photos with poor image quality or near duplicates.
    • To turn off curation for these albums, set “Personal photo curation” to Live albums only.
  • Your Favorites: Google Photos doesn’t curate these photos.

Make sure that these settings are checked:

Google Home app:

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  3. At the top right, tap Settings and then Photo Frame and then adjust the settings you want.

Nest display:

  1. From the bottom of your Nest display screen, swipe up.
  2. Tap Settings .
  3. Tap Photo Frame and then adjust the settings you want.

If you have Voice Match enabled, you can also say “Hey Google, change Photo frame” to open Photo frame settings on your Nest display.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Princess
