Google nest hub 2 doesn't do some commands

I got a nest mini and it does all the automations I made, but my new nest hub 2 starts giving me information instead of doing the commands... I don't know how to fix it, I tried factory reset, change connexion but I can't find a fix for it...

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Nest Community team! I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’re facing while trying to use the automations on your Nest Hub (2nd Gen). I'll do my best to find a solution for you.

To better understand the situation, please help me by answering the following questions:

  • What color is the LED status light on the back of the device?
  • Is the speaker or display set up correctly?
  • How long did the device function as expected before the customer encountered this issue?

Additionally, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Unplug your Google Nest, Home speaker, or display. Wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait for the device to reboot, and then try asking the assistant your question again.
  2. Reboot your modem and router.
  3. If there are nearby devices that might cause interference or other devices using the 2.4 GHz band, try moving your speaker or display to a different room.
  4. If you frequently encounter these errors, try moving your speaker or display closer to your router.
  5. If the inconvenience persists, contact your internet service provider (ISP). You may need to update your router or modem firmware or upgrade your internet speed.
