Wont connect to WiFi

I setup a new modem/router. I can't get my hub to connect to the WiFi. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips that I can find including resetting the hub to the factory defaults. Any suggestions?

Verifying Connection Info:

  1. Have you removed the Nest Hub from your Google Home app? If it was connected to your old WiFi, removing it allows setup for the new network.
  2. Double-check the WiFi details: Make sure you're entering the exact WiFi name (SSID) and password during setup. You can usually find this information on a sticker on your modem/router or by logging into your router's settings menu.

Optimizing Connection:

  1. Move the Nest Hub closer: A stronger signal can help. Try placing it within a few feet of your modem/router during setup.

Refreshing Connections:

  1. Forget the network and re-add: In the Google Home app, go to your Nest Hub settings, navigate to Wi-Fi, and select "Forget Wi-Fi." Then, walk through the setup process again to connect to the new network.
  2. Restart your devices: Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve glitches. Power cycle your modem/router (unplug for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully reboot). Then, restart your Nest Hub by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

Thank you for trying to help. I tried each of those options without success. I might have to switch to a different brand of products if Google devices are going to be this troublesome.
