Google nest hub 2nd gen saying error

My nest hub randomly keeps saying error or something’s not working , I have factory reset it as well and it keeps saying the same thing . What should I do ? I also have it connected to the nest doorbell

Thanks for posting — let's sort this out.

Quick question; have you tried to reboot your router? What command are you giving when getting this error? Also, make sure that the devices are within 15-20 feet from the router.

Hey Marie25,

 

Checking back in to see if rebooting your router helps. If the issue persists, try resetting your Google Nest Hub to its default settings.
