Woke up this morning to see that my hub was blank screen tried all of the usual, ie: unplugged tried different outlet no joy

I have the same issue. No sound no nothing. completely dead

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.
Are you still using the original power adapter and cable of your Google Nest Hub? Could you try resetting your display to its default settings?
