Google nest hub guiK2 change wifi

My google nest need the WIFI updating. I have no QR code (through box and its not on device). i have no 8 digit code (not on device)

i have found serial number on the bottom.

ive been to google home app and told it "forget networK"

seems all i can do is a factory reset but if it asks for QR or 8 digit code i end up with a door stop

have searched forums but everything assumes u have QR or 8 digit code

Good question. Let me help you. You can definitely do the factory data reset and attempt to set it up using the Google Home app. The barcode will appear on the Nest HUb 2nd gen screen during the setup.  Check the helpful links below to check the things you need during setup.
