Google nest hub says “I don’t know” constantly.

My Nest hub 2nd Gen constantly replies with “I don’t know, but here’s some results from the web.” And then it pulls up google results and doesn’t tell me any more information from there. Ask the same question to my google mini home and it answers it just fine. What gives? In my opinion the fact the nest hub has a screen makes it more apt to show results versus trying to verbally tell you information. I’m pretty disappointed with the hub honestly. Been very unresponsive and not as helpful as the mini without a screen believe it or not. Also it’s slower? Idk not very pleased so far. Any help??

I need to know a couple of things: when did the issue begin? Is this specific to one command or happens in all commands? What troubleshooting steps you performed so far?
