Google nest hub stuck on loading screen

Hi

I have am unable to setup my nest hub after changing my router.

Upon changing my router (to xiaomi) my nest hub is stuck on loading screen. After many failed attempts to get it to work (with Android phone, and iPhone) and many factory reset, it won't work. 

A few notes to help you guys understand my problem :

- my nest hub is showing on the Google home app, I can change the volume, and reboot it, but nothing more than that. 

- the same device works with a different router, it just won't work with my setup

- I have a mesh wifi network that I took offline, and still no progress with the issue

I am starting to think this might be an interoperability issue, care to confirm?
