Google nest hub won't link zoom account. Needs developer mode

Hello everyone! When I attempt to link any zoom account to my Google home max it says it needs developer mode?

I've looked online and can't find a single thing about it 

 

Any suggestions?

To confirm, do you have a Google Home Max or a Nest Hub Max? Is this the first-time that you're linking your account? What type of account are you using (personal, business account)?
