Google nest unlinking constantly (Part 2)

LOL, I'm seeing I'm not the only one, so I
1. Opened a Google Support Inquiry: Case ID [6-3123000033892] using the standard approach > troubleshooting for 2 months (silly things with zero diagnostic value) > when there is nothing left to do I no longer get a response....

2. Open a thread here called "Google Nest Unlinking Constantly" same tests, some of them unrelated to the actual issue... an expert called Muddi Closes it and says: Expect an email (he/she failed to indicate what month or year) and closes the thread.... no answers allowed, as if it was resolved correctly. https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Google-nest-unlinking-constantly/m-p/35...

Then I see that I'm not the only one in this situation where Tickets are closed....and nothing happens: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/missing-an-email-response-to-my-origina...

In the real world, you close a case or ticket when it has been fulfilled

So as I can't respond there, opening a new thread.....  Terrible support from Google in general

I'd like to leave it open, it's been 2 months since I initiated my quest for answers, answers are dwindling and no sign of resolution. Thanks

Still nothing, just weeks and weeks of waiting and waiting with no updates, no further steps, no expectations, no feedback.....nothing, just silence.  

The only development on my end is a Newer Google Support ticket was logged (I'm still not sure what happened to the last one...) and they informed me 10 days ago "we understand your frustration and will get back to you soon...", its true that the word Soon can mean a year if they want it to...

Thanks for the confidence that the team is on top of this.....are they sleeping on top of this? Do you have an idea of when you will have information to share?

Being honest.....has anyone in the world ever truly resolved the Google Nest Mini Unlinking google account issue?
