Google nest hub

Hello,I got a nest hub second gen today I was trying to log in with my main email (this is a backup email)

I have parent controls and it says that I’m to young to be able to connect I me and my mum have tried everything to try and fix it we even though about taking the parent controls off intill we connect it but we don’t know we tried to look into the controls app there is no option to remove the controls for the Google home app and I don’t want to have to wait 2 months for my birthday to get the controls off does anyone know how to un restrict it without removing me?

It sounds like you have a child (supervised) account, which cannot setup Google Home and Google Nest speakers or displays, unfortunately. To workaround this, you can ask your parents to set it up for you, then add your account to it.
