won't connect shared wifi

Hy,

I just got the google nest for my birthday, when got home where i have a shared wifi network I tried to set it up but it won't work. I looked everything up but i can't really find a solution (that I understand). 

Could someone help me out?

Does the shared Wi-Fi network require you to login or register devices to be able to access the internet?
