I've had my hub for 18 months and all of a sudden it went off-line and now I can't connect due to an AP isolation which I don't have on. So frustrated that there is no tech support. How does something work one day then not the next. Ant suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub concern. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few questions: What message are you getting from your Google Nest Hub? Are you using Android or iOS? Is the Google Home app updated? Is mobile data enabled on your phone too?
