Google nest mini termina sessão da conta google constantemente

Boa noite, eu tenho 2 de 4 google nest mini que estavam constantemente a perder a ligação ao WIFI e experimentei colocar um dos google nest mini com ip fixo, agora não perde a ligação ao WIFI, mas termina sessão da minha conta google a cada alguns dias, o que posso fazer? Utilizo um router google WIFI

Você tem o WiFi 6 ativado no seu Google WiFi ou ele não suporta isso?

O meu não tem WIFI 6, acho que só tem na versão Nest WIFI Pro

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I appreciate @Biggsyboi's response. Sorry to hear that some of your Google Nest Mini's are unlinking from your account. A few questions: how often does it happen? What is the name of your device that keeps on unlinking? What is the firmware version of your devices? Also, what is the Google Home app version on your phone?

Please share a screenshot of the Home app’s feed history to check if there’s a recorded instance where the device unlinked.

Hello.

I tried to connect the 2 Google Nest Minis and this time it disconnected from WiFi. I think that when I connect only one, it logs out of the Google account, and when I connect both, they disconnect from WiFi.

It happens every 2 or 3 days.

The firmware for both is 348702 and the version of the Google Home app is 2.66.1.13.

I also noticed that they have a spike in internet usage at 4 in the morning and then lose the WiFi connection (Link for screenshots: https://photos.app.goo.gl/b3NosgEtCxQGgL6u7 ).

Thanks for the quick response. To further isolate the issue, please set up one of your devices on a different network, like mobile hotspot, to check if it will have the same behavior. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Mini).

I had already tried to connect to a mobile phone with mobile data, but my house has weak signal, and I couldn't even set it up, I had also tried with WiFi from another location and after a few days it lost the WiFi connection too.

Sorry for not responding earlier, I think I was able to reach an agreement with the company where I purchased the Google Nest Mini and I will be able to activate the warranty. Thank you anyway.
