GoogleNest does not rest to factory setting

Hello Google Nest Family:

I've tried every fix recommended by Google to fix my "Nest" device. 

My device will not reset to "factory setting". I understand that my "nest"

is not under (3 years old) warranty, however does "Google" offer

any discounts (for a new "Nest" device)  for a retired disabled

military (I can provide picture of military ID) family on a fixed income?
