Goole home app cannot find the device anymore

a week ago

Hi, i have google chrome speaker that was working well few years ago in France.

I plugged it in Ireland, it worked for a bit, then I unplugged it and plugged it again and now the speaker works, however the Google home app cannot find the device.

What could be the problem please?

  • What is the exact Google Speaker device that you have? You can check the "Google Nest speakers and displays" article to find out. 
  • Have you tried additional steps beyond unplugging and then plugging the devices back in?
