Group speakers are not responding

Sbrock
Community Member

When I give the command to play on all speakers I get a sorry message all of the sudden. I have tried deleting my groups and recreating them, but it still won’t play to all my speakers. Also, when I look at my group it fluctuates between registering two to three speakers. What should I do? I have als tried unplugging my main speaker and plugging it back in.

Hi Sbrock,

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please tell me the distance between your speakers as well as your router? Also, let's make sure that all speakers are connected on the same WiFi network. Lastly, have the speaker group named as "Speaker Group" and let's try to command it using that name to see if it works.

Keep me posted.

Best,

Princess
