Hello,
i have a Google Nest Hub 2nd gen connected to my Google Home: in my house there is a Heos Denon N-10BK that works with Google Assistant.
All voice commands work well, like volume up and down ,turn off and on , next song but when i try to start playing a song or Spotify saying like "Hey Google, start Spotify on Denon" (the device name on my Google Home is "denon") I get from the Google Hub this : "i also need to know which device to use try saying that again and include the devices name"
I tried to change also the name of my Denon device but it doesn't work... Is there a solution?

Hello malb_08,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
I appreciate all the details you've shared. Could you tell us what name you tried using for your speaker after you changed it? Since you already tried changing its name, let's try these basic troubleshooting steps.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Princess

Hello, thanks for the answer but i've already tried all the 3 points that you have wrote to me... i think is a issue with the connection code source because if you change the volume, google works fine, but when you try to play on the Denon, google doesn't recognise anymore the device, but if you ask again to turn down the volume on that devise it works fine...

Hi there,
Thanks for the additional details you've shared. It looks like it's a compatibility issue with your Denon speakers. Have you already tried reaching out to their support to check about its compatibility?
Best,
