I can't find the WiFi network

Hello. The latest issue in my increasingly disappointing nest experience is that speakers respond to voice commands with 'I can't find the WiFi network' or 'I can't reach the internet right now'. It randomly and inconsistently affects both 1st generation Home devices on my network but always only one at a time. Sometimes they spontaneously rejoin the network but sometimes have to be restarted. These were the first google devices I bought and both have worked for years without any issues until the recent decline in everything from google. How did google destroy a functioning product line so quickly and comprehensively?

Hi dpd,

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. Are there other Google Home speakers/displays in your home? Is your router dual-band? On which band are these Google Home (1st gen) devices connected? I’ll look forward to your response.

Regards,
Alex
