Harmonising speakers

Hi, i have just boufht a 2nd speaker but are unable to great a group with the original one. Both work individually but when want to create a group it only finds my new one. The original speaker is showing ok in the home app but no way to link them.

Hi @Gray if both speakers are on the same network and account they should be able to be grouped together. Are you pairing or trying to create a group, there is a difference? Are both speakers Nest speakers? What is the original speaker? How are you trying to group/pair them Wifi, Bluetooth? Not much detail to go on at the moment.
