Having problems with nest pod connecting to wifi.

Im having problems setting up the hub on the wifi network at my college. At my college, the main wifi requires a identity (username) which isn't allowed to be entered in on the google home app when setting up. How can I set it up/get it to where I can enter in a network identity?

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that you’re not being able to set up your Google Nest Hub on the college’s WiFi. No worries, help is here! Unfortunately, your Hub won’t connect to that network due to its firewall, which is preventing the device from getting connected to it. Let’s try setting up the device using a Mobile Hotspot and see how it works.
