Having to ask twice even after reseting my nest and my phone

My Nest Mini has been giving me problems for a couple of months now. I will ask it to shut off my light and it does but then it turns it back on after I said to shut it off and having to ask again!

How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few questions: were there any recent changes made? Are you getting the same response when you use your phone’s Google Assistant? Does it happen only when you control your lights?
