Help leveling sould level among 10 different smart speakers

Hi.  I have 10x JBL link music smart speakers linked as a group on Google home.  They're all the same model speaker and located all around my home.  I can control the volume as a group and individually.  But when I control as a group as I increase or decrease all the percentage level of each is NOT equal.  So they all go down or up... but none of them are the same let's say 50% volume.  How can I resolve this.

This is not the experience we want you to have. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Once done, you can delete and create a new group. Follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Chromecast or speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app.
3. Tap your speaker group.
4. Tap Delete group > Remove.

Important: If you delete a group that currently casts media, group playback will stop and all audio devices in the group will stop playing.

To create a new group:

1. Ensure that your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Chromecast or speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app.
3. At the top left, tap Add > Create speaker group.
4. Tap each device you want to add to the group. A tick will appear next to each device you select.
5. Tap Next > enter a name for your group > Save.

Also, to set your expectations, this channel is for troubleshooting Google Nest devices. We understand your problem is isolated to JBL speakers. Please note that we have very limited support for third-party speakers with a built-in Google Assistant. It's best to report this to JBL support for better assistance if the steps above don’t work and there are setup issues.
