It says “ something went wrong” and when I say hey google it says” I can’t find the wifi network you might want to check the router connection” but how?

We're sorry to hear about this. Can you tell us when did you first noticed this? Also, if you have multiple Google Nest speakers set up on your network, are you also getting the same response?
Let's go ahead and reboot your Google Nest speaker as well as your router, simply by unplugging them from the power source for at least a few minutes. After that, let's check if the steps make any changes on its responses.
