When I swipe down to see one of my cameras their are no options shown. This is happening on most of my home hubs. The only solution I've found so far is to reboot the device. This is not a viable solution considering one of the cameras I'm wanting to see is in our nursery. I can't wait for a reboot when I want to check on our baby. Please help!

Google told me to try a different outlet, like that affects software. It’s a terrible bug they need to fix and super annoying.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
Sorry to hear about this. Has anyone of you tried to perform a complete reset? Since reboot has been done, let's try resetting the device to see if it changes its behavior. After that, kindly get the cast firmware version of your Google Nest Hub so we can check what's causing this to happen.
To check which firmware version you're on, follow these steps:
Let me know how it goes.

Dear, I have it here as well. My google display devices both show this behavior. I have the language in Dutch and at some moment in time, maybe triggeres due to video streaming and stopping. All options fade away and you have only the clock or frog. Voice commando however keep working, but for home automation this is a real miss. After a reset all comes up back again till something triggers it.

Hi BartB,
Thanks for clarifying. Let's perform a complete reset by trying this: On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
Let me know if this step works.
Best,
Princess
