Home Mini No Longer Controls Chromecast

I’ve factory reset, changed routers, changed accounts.  I can no longer tell my home mini to PLAY XYZ on Netflix/Disney/Hulu on whatever TV.  Anyone else lose this ability?  It still works to control my lights and everything else.

The Home Mini and the Chromecast are both up to date.
I do have the latest version of the Google Home app
I am saying a command I used to say all the time:
- Play Go Dog Go on Netflix (sometimes I'll say: on Nursery TV)
- Play Frasier on Hulu (and sometimes I'll specify which TV Im watching on)
- Play Fuller House on Netflix, The Grey Man, etc, I've tried movies, TV shows, on Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus - and every combination in-between.
The only one that works is when I ask for it to be on Youtube TV.

Yes, they are in the same home structure and same room.
