Both of my Home Mini suddenly stopped working. Same symptom which is no response after some white lights blinking a bit after power restart. Seems people saying Google sent a firmware update and killed my speakers. Open a case and their support said the speakers are out of warranty. Refuse to fix or replace them. It is amazing that they killed my out of warranty speakers and walked away just like that.
