Home Nest Hub kGSKErrorDomain error-83902 message coming up when I try to set up my Nest Hub.

Have reset.
Have checked language settings.

Have checked my security settings.

 

No luck on any of it.

A few questions: are you using Android or iOS? Is the Google Home app updated? Is this for a new setup?

 

You can try to use another phone to isolate this.

Hi, yes I am using iOS, and it is for a new set up. Google home app is also updated.

Hey RSTN,

 

Thanks for the added information. Just an added question: what country are you located in? Please try using a different phone or tablet to set up your device. Also, try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other will be used to set up your Nest Hub). Let's see if your device will have the same issue.

Hi there,
 

Thanks for trying that and sorry that you are still experiencing it. Could you check if both your phone’s language and the Google Assistant language are both in English UK? Also make sure that the address in your Google Home app is updated and you are not using a work email.
