Home ignoring me

So my nest has my boyfriend as a member, we have a smart projector connected to the device, when I say "okay goole turn smart projector on/off" she says she can't help, but when he says it she will turn it on or off. I've looked at the screen and she hears what we're both saying the same just chooses to listen to him and not me. Any ideas?
