Home speaker not playing

My speaker says turn on Web and App activity to play music, I did that but it still gives me the same message

Is it your first time to set up your Google Nest speaker? If yes, you may want to try checking this setting:

When you turn on personal results for your Smart Display, results appear on your home screen as notifications. Results include upcoming calendar events, commute info, and YouTube video recommendations. Anyone near the device can view, tap, or act on them.

To stop personal results on the home screen and as notifications:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Home app .
2. At the bottom, tap Home .
3. Touch and hold your Smart Display.
4. At the top right, tap Device settings Recognition & sharing Recognition & Personalization.
5. Under "How personal results appear," select Never show proactively.
