How can I make a video call from my Nest Hub Max to another person's Nest Hub Max?

Me and some relative of mine both have the Nest Hub Max devices in our homes.

I am able to start a video call from my Nest Hub to his cell phone, but I would like to make a video call between the two nest hubs.  Is that possible?
