How can I make a video call from my Nest Hub Max to another person's Nest Hub Max?

Me and some relative of mine both have the Nest Hub Max devices in our homes.I am able to start a video call from my Nest Hub to his cell phone, but I would like to make a video call between the two nest hubs. Is that possible?
