How do I add a app to my nest from Iphone

My 81 yr old mom desperately wants a bible app to read to her any book/chapter of her choosing, she is legally blind and cant read her bible any longer. Here is my problem, I have an iphone and cant seem to figure out how to get her nest to play YouVersion bible app on/to her nest. I created her a google account when she received her Nest mini, but from my iphone, while in her google account, I cant seem to figure out how to get to google playstore to download a app to use for her nest. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I apologize for any inconvenience this issue might be causing.

I understand that you're trying to connect the YouVersion Bible app to your Google Home app and are encountering difficulties.

Unfortunately, this feature is no longer supported between the two apps. It appears that the YouVersion app is no longer compatible with Google's integrated system. As a result, you won't be able to play chapters or books directly from the app at this time.

Once again, I apologize for any disappointment this may cause. I know how frustrating it can be when things don't work as expected.
