Hi PTHibbs,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Community Forum. I understand that your Nest Hub is showing two devices that were previously linked. Don't worry, I'm here to help.

To provide the most accurate assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Nest Hub do you have? If you're unsure, you can find this information in the Google Nest and Home device specifications.
  • Which removed devices are appearing on your Nest Hub?
  • Could you please share a screenshot of what's currently displayed on your Nest device?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.

Best regards,

Daniel

Hey PTHibbs,

Thank you so much for keeping me updated.

A reboot of your Google Nest Hub may fix several troubles. There are two different ways to make it.

  • Unplug the power cord from your speaker or display.
  • Leave it unplugged for ~1 minute.
  • Plug the power cord back in.

You can also make this step directly from your cell phone; check out this information in the Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display article.

Let me know how it goes,

Regards,

Daniel

Hello PTHibbs,

I'm sorry to hear that the situation hasn't been resolved. Let's explore some additional troubleshooting steps:

  • If you still have the previously linked devices, try reconnecting them and then removing them again.
  • If you no longer have these devices, uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Daniel

They don't appear anywhere but on my nest hub. Not on my app or online
