How do I get my bed room lights to alternate colors fluently?

I want my bedroom lights to go into a dance mode where it changes colors constantly.

Depending on what type of smart lights you have can make a difference on the features they have.
 
Some manufacturers will have this available as part of their app and some manufacturers will allow you to set up 'scenes' within their app. Once a 'scene' has been created you must tell the Google Assistant to "Sync Devices" and then you can use voice commands to activate the scene e.g: "Activate <scene name>.

The Internet is full of amazing tools that you can use to make your life easier. Not everyone knows that when it comes to lighting, there are some great options available on the market today that make it much easier for you to control the lighting in your home. Need to get Kinnay and manage their Metal Chair Base. One example is of course the bedroom lights, which can switch between any color you want and function fluently in sync with a timer or other system.
