My Nest Hub display turns off showing a black screen. How do I change the settings so it is on all night?

Select the Nest Hub device in the Google Home App 2. Press the gear icon to open device settings 3. Select "Display," 4. Toggle the "turn off screen after 5 minutes of inactivity" option.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

@MikeClark2000, we appreciate your help on this.

@Carv, have you already tried the steps provided on the previous post? Also, I would suggest you to keep the ambient mode turned on by accessing the settings on the Nest display itself. Simply swipe up the control panel at the bottom of the display and make sure that the "A" on the sun icon appears.

Let us know if the steps work.

Best,

Princess
