How do i stop my hub automatically starting relaxing sounds

Watching tv next to the nest hub 2, clock interface changed to "playing relaxing sounds" for the first time, with no voice commands (no one on the show said anything close to ok google either), I have setup no routines (I see the list of the default ones but have not turned any on to my knowledge), and the dog was nowhere near it. I'm on a metered connection, I don't want sounds of any kind to start streaming spontaneously. I'm going to have to unplug it now before I leave the house. I don't know what other trouble shooting steps to take since I have never asked it to play music or relaxing sounds.

if watching a show with a character saying phrases like "it's ok, relax", google assistant may respond by saying it will play relaxing music. It may also respond when a character asks "ok what is going on here?" with "I don't know what's going on"

the 2nd gen Hub still occasionally responds to tv characters saying ok or hey, but not saying Google, perhaps once a week. For example it responded to "ok, who doesn't love fireworks?" with "I don't know, but here are some websites about fireworks". So far no more streaming relaxing sounds, but a tile for them is always at the ready taking up half the Your Evening screen

Thanks for responding. To confirm, does it happen multiple times on a specific commercial or TV show only? What TV or radio station was the commercial on, during what program did it air? Also, please send a video if possible so we can check the issue further.
