How do you update wifi details on Google Home mini remotely?

My parents have a new wifi username and password. Can I update their Google Home Mini without being there? If so, how?

Thanks for reaching out! That is a great question, I would be more than happy to answer it.

Unfortunately, you would need to be there in person. Since your parents got a new WiFi, you would need to Factory Data Reset the device, and then set it up as a new device.
