How do I stream shows from my Ruku or my Xfinity account onto my Google home hub?

You don't , you can't stream from a Roku to a hub.  You can use your phone to cast to the hub, or Netflix, YouTube, Plex, etc, but not roku.  Xfinity is not in my area so I can't speak to that one, but if it works like my local (crave tv or Rogers tv) then you would use the app on your phone to cast to the hub .
