Hello,
I recently started to take care of my network by assigning static IP to all static devices in the house such as smart TVs or pc desktop for more stability and more security.
I can't assign a static ip to my two chromecast and my google home (gen 1),
i tried to read the guide here --> https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6274660?hl=en&authuser=1
but I can't find the wifi section and in fact I can't access the section to change the ip addresses.

You need to login into your routers web page (typically, 192.168.1.1) and find the DHCP manager. There, you will see a list of all the devices connected to the wifi network and can assign static IP addresses.
