We use our nest hub in the kitchen when cooking. We have a subscription to Dinnerly. We have to log into the personal account to view the recipe. Before the update we were able to view the recipe when we logged in once. Now we have to login every time it goes to a screen saver mode. That means at least 6 times in a duration of a 30 minute recipe. So we had to revert to the iPad today.
I wonder if there is a way to stay on the webpage and disabling the time out? Please help.

Hi Mahto,
Thanks for bringing this up.
Could you please tell us if you have saved the recipe? If not, let's try these commands:
OK Google...
As soon as it is saved, let's go ahead and see if it works.
Keep me posted.
Best,
Princess

Hey Mahto,
Thanks for the update. To confirm, do you have the same issue when using a different recipe provider? What is the current firmware version of your device?
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Mahto,
We appreciate all your efforts. Can you confirm if it shows the same beahavior when you save a recipe from other cooking channels/provider?

No it does not

Hi Mahto,
Thanks for trying. It looks like there's an issue with that specific recipe provider since other recipe/cooking channels are working. We can try to perform a complete reset, however there is no guarantee that it will be fixed since others are working.

Princess

Hi Mahto,
Thanks for trying the step. If you are still experiencing the same issue with that specific recipe channel after the reset, I would recommend reaching out to them so you can let them know the issues that you're experiencing on that specific recipe channel.

Hi Princess,
Thank you for the response. We tried these methods. it did not work. The recipes can only be accessed after logging into the self service portal. What we are aiming to achieve are as follows:
1. When we login into the self-service portal the session should remain logged in and
2. the recipe page open for at least an hour.
Hope this helps
