How to play different music from YouTube Premium on different Google devices in the same home?

If I upgrade from a YouTube Premium Individual Membership to a Family Membership, can different family members play different songs on different Google devices in different rooms of our house without kicking each other off the YouTube Music account by getting the annoying message that says "your account is being used by too many devices right now..." Super annoying. Please help! Tell me what you have done/set up to avoid this issue. Thanks!

Thanks for posting.

 

Let us ask some questions first to narrow things down:

 

  1. Have you already applied for the YouTube Family Membership?
  2. Are you using the same account on YouTube Premium and your Google Home app as the default one?
  3. Are other members of your family part of your family group? 
  4. Do you have a family group?
  5. Are members of the family group using their own accounts to use the features of your "family account"?
