Hi berlinsofio80,

Are you using the same WiFi network as your neighbor?

Hi berlinsofio80,

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Are you all on the same Wi-Fi network? Do they have access to your account? Have you added them as a home member or is it the other way around?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Keep us posted.

Thanks for helping, Cathal_S.

Best,

Dan
