Hi All, my iPhone and hub are saying they are not connected to the same Wi-Fi,but other iPhones are working and a Samsung is, all setting are the same , can not finish set up

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you — let’s check what’s going on with your Google Nest Hub.

 

A quick question: what's the exact message you're getting when connecting your Nest Hub to the network?

 

  • Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
  • Make sure Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app.
  • Turn on Bluetooth. 
  • Disconnect and reconnect your phone from the Wi-Fi network.
  • Reboot your phone, Nest Hub and router for a minute or two to refresh the connection.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting your Nest Hub.
